Troubleshooting Magic Link Login Issues

This guide helps you resolve issues when magic links fail to work or redirect you to the sign-in page without completing the login.

Magic links may occasionally redirect you to the sign-in page but fail to log you in automatically. This can happen due to browser settings, email client restrictions, or an expired link.

Requesting a temporary password

If your magic link is not functioning, contact our support team at contact@adaptlypost.com to request a temporary password. A support agent can set one up for your account quickly.

Signing in with a temporary password

After receiving your temporary password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click "use password"
  3. Enter your email address and the temporary password provided by support
  4. Click sign in

Updating your password

Once you have successfully logged in with the temporary password:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Change your password to something secure and easy to remember
  3. Save your changes

Store your new password securely and consider using a password manager to keep it safe.
