Why can't I connect my Facebook page?

Why is my Facebook page not connecting?

Our Facebook integration is designed to work with Facebook pages only, not personal profiles.

Before connecting a Facebook Page, you need to grant AdaptlyPost permissions through the personal Facebook account that owns or administers that Page.

Make sure you are the owner or have admin-level access to the Facebook Page you want to connect.

Look for error messages

Check your browser's URL bar for any error messages while trying to connect your Facebook page.

If your Facebook page does not appear during the connection process, follow the steps above to adjust your connection settings.

Resolving the 'No Facebook Pages found' error

If the 'No Facebook Pages found' error appears, try the following:

  1. Navigate to your Facebook settings and remove the AdaptlyPost integration from both the Business Tools and Applications sections
  2. Try connecting to AdaptlyPost again
  3. During re-connection, make sure to select your business portfolio asset in the setup process

This guarantees your Facebook page has the necessary permissions for a successful connection.
