Finding TikTok Drafts Saved Outside the App

Why drafts saved to TikTok might not appear in the expected location

If you have enabled the "Save to Drafts" option within your TikTok configuration settings but your posts are not visible in the drafts folder, this can be perplexing. Instead, they are delivered as a system notification within the TikTok app. Check your TikTok inbox for a notification that says something along the lines of "Your content from AdaptlyPost is ready." Tapping on this notification will take you to the drafted content where you can review and publish it.
