How to downgrade your plan and request a refund
Downgrading your plan or requesting a refund
If you need to lower your service tier or cancel your subscription entirely, you can downgrade your plan or request a refund for any prepaid period. This also applies if you were billed after you believed your subscription had already been canceled or paused.
Steps to downgrade your plan
To move to a lower plan (for example, switching from yearly to monthly):

Use these steps to downgrade your plan:
- Open the Billing page from the sidebar
- Select the plan you would like to switch to
If the system does not permit the plan change, you may need to contact support to have your account data reset. Once reset, you can enroll in your desired plan via the pricing page.
- Reach out to our support team through the help center (use the 'Contact Us' button)
- Indicate whether you wish to downgrade your plan or request a refund
- If downgrading, specify the plan level you prefer
- If requesting a refund, provide the reason behind your request
- If you were charged after thinking you had canceled or paused, include this detail in your message

Refunds are generally available within a 14-day window, no questions asked. If your refund request falls within this timeframe, you will receive a full 100% refund of your payment.
