How to change your subscription plan
All plan changes in AdaptlyPost are handled directly from the Billing page.
Upgrading your plan
When you upgrade to a higher plan or switch from monthly to annual billing, the change takes effect immediately. A prorated discount is automatically applied — you only pay the difference for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.
Downgrading your plan
When you downgrade to a lower plan or switch from annual to monthly billing, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your current plan until then.
How to change your plan
- Open the Billing page from the sidebar
- You will see your current plan and available alternatives
- Select the plan you want to switch to
- Confirm the change — pricing adjustments are shown before you confirm
Switching billing cycle
You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the same Billing page. Switching to annual gives you a discount, and any unused time on your current monthly plan is prorated as a credit.
