Yes, if your purchase was made within the last 14 days, we provide a full 100% refund with no questions asked. For any other refund-related inquiries, please email support directly: contact@adaptlypost.com
Steps to request a refund
- Sign in to your dashboard.
- Reach out to support at contact@adaptlypost.com
- If you qualify, submit your refund request through the page by clicking the Refund button.
- All currently active plans and add-ons will be canceled immediately and your refund will be processed
- You should see the funds returned to your account within 5-12 business days, though it may occasionally take longer.
