How to cancel your subscription or trial
You can cancel your AdaptlyPost subscription or trial at any time directly from the Billing page.
How to cancel
- Open the Billing page from the sidebar
- You will see your current plan, renewal date, and all subscription management options
- Click Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation steps
That's it — everything is handled from this single page. No need to contact support unless you run into an issue.
After cancellation
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again once the cancellation takes effect.
If you are still within a free trial, canceling will end the trial immediately and no payment will be taken.
