How to give your virtual assistant access to your account

Providing access to your virtual assistant

The recommended way to give your VA access is by inviting them as a team member. This keeps your own credentials secure and lets you control their permissions.

How to invite your VA

  1. Open the Team page from the sidebar
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter your VA's email address
  4. Choose the appropriate role and permissions
  5. Send the invitation

Your VA will receive an email invitation and can create their own account to access your workspace.

Why invite instead of sharing credentials

  • Your password stays private — no need to share login details
  • You can revoke access at any time without changing your own password
  • Team members have their own session, so you can see who did what
  • It is the secure, recommended approach for granting account access
