Providing access to your virtual assistant
The recommended way to give your VA access is by inviting them as a team member. This keeps your own credentials secure and lets you control their permissions.
How to invite your VA
- Open the Team page from the sidebar
- Click Invite Member
- Enter your VA's email address
- Choose the appropriate role and permissions
- Send the invitation
Your VA will receive an email invitation and can create their own account to access your workspace.
Why invite instead of sharing credentials
- Your password stays private — no need to share login details
- You can revoke access at any time without changing your own password
- Team members have their own session, so you can see who did what
- It is the secure, recommended approach for granting account access
