Get per-platform publishing results

GEThttps://api.adaptlypost.com/api/v1/social-posts/:id/results

Returns detailed per-platform publishing results for a specific post, including platform post IDs, error messages, and publication timestamps.

Per-Platform Results

Each entry in the results array contains the publishing outcome for one platform.

`platformId`	Platform entry ID
`platform`	Platform name
`accountName`	Connected account name
`status`	Publishing status (PENDING, PUBLISHING, PUBLISHED, FAILED)
`platformPostId`	Native post ID on the platform (when published)
`errorMessage`	Error details (when failed)
`publishedAt`	Publication timestamp
