AdaptlyPost enforces different video upload limits according to your plan. Free plan users have a maximum file size of 250MB and a 5-minute duration cap for videos, whereas Creator, Pro and Enterprise plan users can upload videos with a maximum file size of 500MB.
These restrictions are primarily in place due to the considerable costs involved in hosting large video files. While we recognize this can be inconvenient, these limits help us uphold service quality and keep pricing affordable.
