AdaptlyPost is run by Taras Shynkarenko (operating as AdaptlyPost) in Gdańsk, Poland. Our own servers, database, backups and media storage are in the EU. Some services we use are outside the EU. This page lists every provider that processes personal data for us, what it does and where.
Flowsery, the web analytics product we use on our website, is our own product and runs on our own servers in the EU, so it is not a third party.

Website tools that run only after consent

These are not sub-processors. They receive data because you ask us to send it to them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply:

International transfers
When a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).
Changes to this list
We notify customers of new sub-processors by updating this page at least 30 days before they start processing. To get these notices by email, subscribe by emailing contact@adaptlypost.com.
Business customers can object to a new sub-processor as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
